Stillotus LLC is an Iowa limited liability company. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Effective date: November 2026.

What we collect

We collect information you give us when you inquire about or use our service, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your business and preferred reply tone. When you pay, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment details; we do not store full card numbers on our systems. We also see information available through manager access on your Google Business Profile (such as reviews and profile details) so we can draft and post replies you approve.

How we use it

We use this information to provide Google review reply care, communicate with you, bill your plan, keep records for taxes and accounting, and meet legal requirements. Replies are drafted with AI help; Josiah Terrones personally reviews every reply before it goes to you for approval.

Google Business Profile access

You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile. No passwords are shared. We use that access only to read your reviews, draft replies, post the replies you approved, and keep profile details correct as part of your plan. We never write, buy, or filter reviews. You can remove our access at any time in Google.

Payments

Monthly plan payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy and security practices. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details (such as the last four digits and billing email) needed to manage your subscription. We do not store full card numbers.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with providers who help us run the service, for example Stripe for payments and AI tools used to draft replies, and only as needed for that work. Those providers handle data under their own terms. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep client information while your account is active. After you cancel, we keep invoices and basic account records as long as we need them for taxes and bookkeeping (typically up to seven years). You can ask us to delete other personal information; we will, except where we must keep records such as invoices.

Your choices and deletion requests

Email josiah@stillotus.com to access, correct, or delete your information, or to ask about this policy. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Children

Our service is for businesses, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
