- Extra replies over your plan: $20 per 10 replies.
- Setup covers replying to your unanswered backlog of reviews and getting your Google profile in order. Setup is $0 for our first 10 clients while spots last, then $99.
- Monthly, cancel anytime. If you're not happy with a reply, we'll redraft it at no charge. If we still can't get it right, tell us within 30 days of signing up and we'll work with you to make it right.

Base plans use a friendly, professional tone. Brand Voice adds a custom voice guide: pick how your business sounds, we write a one-page guide, you approve it once, and your replies follow it. Brand Voice is +$20/month on Starter and included on Standard and Busy.
