Terms of service

These terms explain how Stillotus LLC (an Iowa limited liability company) works with you. By using our service, you agree to them. Effective date: November 2026.

The service

We provide Google review reply care for small businesses: we draft replies to your Google reviews and help keep your Google Business Profile in order, within your plan's monthly reply limit. Replies are drafted with AI help. Josiah Terrones personally reviews every reply before it is sent to you. Nothing posts to your Google profile until you approve it.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, approve or reject drafted replies within about seven days, or we may pause drafting until you reply, and make sure replies that post under your business name are ones you are comfortable with. You are responsible for the final content of replies that go live on your Google Business Profile. You also agree to follow Google's terms and policies for your profile.

Google Business Profile access

You give us manager access only. No passwords are shared. We use that access only to read reviews, draft replies, post replies you approved, and keep profile details (such as hours and services) correct as part of your plan. We never write, buy, or filter reviews. You can remove our access anytime in Google. If you cancel our service, please remove our access promptly.

AI use

Replies are drafted with AI help, then personally reviewed by Josiah Terrones, and approved by you before anything posts. AI is a drafting tool, not a substitute for your judgment about what should appear under your business name.

Billing and cancelling

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges at the end of your current billing period. If you are not happy with a draft reply, we will rewrite it at no extra charge within your plan. If our service is still not a fit, cancel anytime and remove our Google Business Profile access when you are done. To cancel, use the billing link in your Stripe receipt email (Stripe's customer portal) or email josiah@stillotus.com, and we will cancel it for you within one business day.

No guarantee of results

We help you respond to reviews thoughtfully. We do not guarantee any particular rating, ranking, review volume, or business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your customers and Google's systems.

Limitation of liability

Stillotus LLC is a small service business. We are responsible for doing the work described in these terms with care. We are not responsible for lost profits, lost business, reputational harm, or other indirect damages that may follow from using the service, and we are not responsible for Google's systems or for outcomes we do not control (such as ratings or rankings). Except where Iowa law says we cannot limit liability, the most you can recover from us for any claim related to the service is the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and email the address on your account. If you keep using the service after that effective date, you are agreeing to the updated terms. If you do not agree, cancel before then.
